1. How long will my order take to be ready?
Most orders are ready within 24 hours. Once your order is ready for delivery or collection, we will let you know.
2. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on your location within Nairobi:
- Zone 1 – KSh 250: Westlands, Parklands, Riverside & Spring Valley
- Zone 2 – KSh 300: CBD, Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Lavington, Ngara, Upper Hill, Hurlingham & Loresho
- Zone 3 – KSh 400: Junction Mall, Runda, Gigiri, Garden Estate, Eastlands, South B & South C
- Zone 4 – KSh 500: All other areas within Nairobi, except Rongai
Your applicable delivery fee will be shown during checkout.
3. Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Pickup is free from our store at:
Sarit Centre, Ground Floor, Westlands
Next to Text Book Centre
Open 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We will let you know once your order is ready for collection.
4. Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! Many of our products are perfect for gifting. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery details when placing your order. If the product allows a personal message, you can add your message when ordering.
6. What if there is a problem with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Send us your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will help sort it out.
